Specialized Training in the Clinical Application of Pilates

Clinical Pilates is a scientifically proven approach to the Pilates method, aimed at preventing and rehabilitating musculoskeletal conditions.  It combines the principles of therapeutic exercise with the precision, control, and alignment techniques of classical Pilates, adapted to the needs of each practitioner.
 
In this educational program, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to:
• Understanding the body’s pathology and functional limitations
• The safe and personalized application of exercises in a rehabilitation setting.
• The use of Pilates as an intervention tool for orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
• The development of therapeutic protocols for each condition
• Collaboration with healthcare professionals
 
Clinical Pilates is aimed at exercise professionals, physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, and anyone who wishes to specialize in rehabilitation thru movement, based on precision, functionality, and therapeutic intent.
