Dionysia Tetradi

Dionysia Tetradi is a Physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and movement professional with many years of experience in dance, therapeutic exercise, and education. Her professional philosophy is based on a scientifically grounded approach to exercise, aiming to improve the functionality, performance, and quality of life of each individual she works with.
She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Studies from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), London, and is a graduate of the MYWAY Dance Academy in Kyiv. Her artistic journey has been enriched through collaborations with Greek and international artists, as well as her participation in educational programs and seminars with distinguished choreographers.
Her involvement with Pilates was a natural continuation of her path in movement. She is a certified Pilates instructor through A.F. Studies and Pilates Loom Academy, and has trained with internationally recognized instructors such as Jean Claude Nelson, Robert Cerini, and Michael King. She also holds certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise and Pilates through Human Mamma and NASM.
As part of her ongoing scientific development, she attends specialized programs and seminars in the field of Clinical Pilates, with particular emphasis on the management of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions through therapeutic exercise, including training through the Clinical Pilates Institute (CPI).
She graduated from the BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy program at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, with First Class Honours. She has also completed the Adult Educator Training Program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), further strengthening her knowledge and skills in designing and delivering adult education.
She is currently continuing her academic development as a postgraduate student in the MSc Rehabilitation & Exercise Prescription program at Oxford Brookes University, deepening her expertise in contemporary approaches to rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise prescription.
Combining her knowledge of Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, and kinesiology, she approaches each individual on a personalized basis, guided by the principles of evidence-based practice, functional rehabilitation, and the lifelong promotion of health through movement.
