By registering and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

 

Access to specific educational content requires account creation. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal information and for safeguarding their login credentials (email/password).

 

The content (videos, PDFs, tests, exercises, presentations) is provided for personal and educational use only. Reproduction, copying, republication, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited. Access to content is time-limited, according to the terms of each program.

 

Issuance of certificates or verification of participation is subject to the completion of all required modules, tests, and/or practical assessments. The platform reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of non-compliance with educational terms.

 

Some programs include examination procedures (e.g. knowledge tests or submission of practice videos). Evaluations are conducted by certified instructors and results are communicated within a specified period.

 

All payments for online programs or educational services are required in advance. Access is granted upon payment confirmation. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by a cancellation policy.

 

Users may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment, provided no access to educational material has occurred. After this period, or once access has started, no refunds will be issued.

 

All content on the platform is the intellectual property of Pilates Loom Academy or its affiliates and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

 

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the modified terms.
