We were excited to be hosting a two-day workshop with Aimee Challies on September 28-29, 2024. The following topics have been covered:

Sling Workshop

Explore the de-compressive, traction & support of the Sling. Challenging you to lean into the space around the body; building the confidence & proprioception of being on/off centre. Thus, providing a challenging & dynamic tool to work with in the Pilates & Rehabilitation space. A strong focus on mobilising the ribcage; the cage that houses the thoracic & diaphragm. Hence, offering a great resource for mobilising the spine & breath.

3-Dimensional Reformer

This contemporary Pilates workshop will encourage you to move in circular patterns in 360 degrees, with spinal articulations & undulating wave-like patterns. Cultivating flexibility & strength in motion, whilst challenging our cognitive awareness with variability & movement integration. As a movement practitioner, learn how to facilitate more complex patterns with your students, with a layered approach, working from the micro to the macro within sequences.

Timing: 14:00 - 18:00

Address: Michalakopoulou 87, Athens, 11528
